Los Arcos Islands & Beach Hopping Tour

This itinerary can be enjoyed aboard any of our private boats. How far you explore and how much you can fit into your day will depend on the boat you choose and the number of hours you select. Faster boats, such as our pangas, can cover more of the coastline in less time, while yachts and catamarans offer a more leisurely cruising experience.

If you want to experience some of the best of Puerto Vallarta’s coastline, this is the perfect tour. Los Arcos Islands, or “The Arches,” are one of the most iconic landmarks in Banderas Bay and one of the area’s most popular snorkeling destinations.

Swim and snorkel around the islands and caves, where you can discover tropical fish and marine life while taking in the dramatic rock formations and abundant seabirds.

From Los Arcos, continue south along the coast, passing Boca de Tomatlán, the last village accessible by road, and into a beautiful stretch of coastline dotted with secluded beaches.

Visit Playa Paredón, a beautiful hidden beach surrounded by the lush mountains of the South Bay, before continuing to Colomitos Beach, a small tropical cove with clear blue water that’s perfect for swimming and relaxing.

With more time, continue farther south to Las Ánimas, where you can relax on the beach and enjoy an optional lunch at one of the beachfront restaurants, with fresh seafood, margaritas, and local Mexican dishes.

Your trip is completely private, so you can decide how you’d like to spend your time — more snorkeling, more beach time, lunch along the coast, or simply cruising the bay. The longer your tour, the farther south you can explore and the more stops you can enjoy.

A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation, which can be paid via credit card, Venmo, Apple Pay, or Zelle. If you book online, the full amount will be charged at the time of booking.
