Optional pickup at Los Muertos Pier, Nuevo Vallarta or  La Cruz Pickup for an extra fee at checkout

Dock loading and unloading fees at Los Muertos Beach, Las Animas, Mismaloya, or Yelapa are not included (Price varies between 50 to 150 pesos per person each way – each dock)

Shortly after booking you will receive a confirmation e-mail on where to meet, what to bring, what to expect etc. That you can share with your group.

Skip the hassle of bargaining with taxis and enjoy our reliable transportation service! We offer convenient, air-conditioned rides to and from your tour in a 2023 model vehicle. For an additional charge, let us handle your transportation—simply ask for a quote when you book!

• 30 days or more before the trip: 100% refund
• 15–29 days before the trip: No refund, but you may change the date
• 8–14 days before the trip: 75% of the total cost is non-refundable and no changes are allowed
• 7 days or less / No-shows: No refund

**Weather Conditions**

• Port closure due to extreme weather: Full refund
• Unfavorable weather (but port remains open): We can reschedule your trip (change the day or departure time). If you cannot reschedule, your deposit will be forfeited

**Holiday Exceptions**

• This policy does not apply to reservations on Christmas or New Year’s Eve

**Operator Cancellations**

• Customers will receive a full refund or credit if the operator cancels due to unforeseen circumstances
